Terms of Service

These are placeholder terms. They are not a legal agreement, they have not been reviewed by anyone, and they must be replaced before this product accepts a real user.

This page ships with the starter so the account-creation flow has somewhere to link. The consent checkbox on signup and on invite acceptance both point here.

What to replace

• Set PRODUCT_NAME in this file and in app/privacy/page.tsx, and PLATFORM_NAME in lib/email/send-invite.ts.
• Write the real terms, covering at minimum: what the service is, subscription and payment, acceptable use, who owns customer data, warranties and liability, and termination.
• Set a real effective date and remove the robots: noindex above so the page can be found.
• Have a lawyer read it. This starter cannot do that part for you.
